Chad Sleight
A native of Clark County, Chad was raised in Camas, Washington. He attended Western Washington University, where he received his degree in Political Science. While attending college, he worked for the Washington State Attorney General's Office in the Consumer Protection Division. He then attended Willamette University College of Law in Salem, where he received his Juris Doctorate in Law.
Chad then returned to Clark County where he worked as a Prosecuting Attorney for the cities of Camas and Washougal. He has been representing people charged with criminal offenses in Clark County since 2002. He first handled cases as a court-appointed defense attorney, where he honed his trial and advocacy skills.
Since the founding of Wheeler, Montgomery, Sleight & Boyd, Chad has built his criminal defense practice by focusing on Domestic Violence cases, and all levels of Felony charges. His past cases include assault, robbery, theft, burglary, drug offenses, malicious mischief, and crimes involving motor vehicles.
